  • CBRE Capital Advisors acted as sole financial advisor to CNL Growth Properties (“CGP” or the “Company”) in its review of strategic alternatives 
    • CGP is a non-traded REIT focused on multifamily development that filed a definitive proxy statement on June 17, 2016 where the Board recommended a Plan of Dissolution to its stockholders
    • The Company’s portfolio consists of 13 class-A multifamily development properties with 3,756 total apartment units located in the Southeast and Sun Belt regions of the U.S.
    • CGP owns a majority position in its assets through joint ventures, partnering with leading regional and national developers / operators
  • CBRE Capital Advisors advised the Company on strategic alternatives in relation to the potential monetization of the REIT, evaluating various public and private scenarios, and rendered an opinion of value
  • CGP’s Board recommended a Plan of Dissolution to its stockholders through which CGP intends to monetize its portfolio through asset sales
