• CBRE Capital Advisors and CBRE Multifamily acted as exclusive financial advisor to BMC Investments on the recapitalization of St. Paul Collection, an ultra core residential and retail mixed-use community in the Cherry Creek North submarket of Denver, Colorado.
• The recapitalization expands the existing programmatic partnership with Rockpoint. BMC will continue to own and operate St. Paul Collection alongside Rockpoint.
