- On December 29, 2016, CBRE acted as financial advisor to Related Companies on securing a strategic capital partner to develop the next phase of the Grand Avenue Project, a mixed-use development in Downtown Los Angeles
- CCCG Overseas Real Estate Pte. Ltd (CORE) has committed equity capital of approximately $290 million for the joint venture
- The equity investment is a major step forward and part of the joint venture’s larger $1 billion investment in developing Grand Avenue into one of Los Angeles’ most important cultural and tourist destinations
- The development is being designed by world-renowned architect Frank Gehry and will include an Equinox branded hotel, retail, restaurants and residences
