Overview
- On July 21, 2016, CBRE Capital Advisors acted as exclusive buy-side advisor to Seera Investment Bank B.S.C © (“Seera”), a private equity firm based in the Kingdom of Bahrain, on the acquisition of the fee simple interest in the Buckeye Logistics Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
- The property comprises over 1 million square feet of Class A institutional warehouse/distribution space and is 100% leased to a Fortune 50 institutional E-commerce company, which uses the facility as a package sorting and distribution facility.
- The property was acquired in a joint venture between Seera and The Koll Company will act as the managing member and will provide asset and property management services.
